Mission

The mission of the Vermont Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators is to promote the professional preparation, effectiveness, recognition, cooperation and association of our members to facilitate education, communication and cooperation among educational institutions and other organizations concerned with the support and administration of student financial aid.

VASFAA Membership

Membership includes Educational Institutions of Postsecondary Education in the State of Vermont and VSAC and those educational associations, government agencies and organizations providing direct services that promote and support the administration of student financial aid to postsecondary institutions located in Vermont. VASFAA Special Recognition

Each year VASFAA recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to the finanical aid profession in Vemont.
 
Recipients of the award are: Ken Moulton (2000), Pam Chisholm and Ted Franzeim (2001), Maureen Gardner (2002), Yvonne Whitaker (2003), Dave Myette (2004), Marilyn Cargill (2005), Dino Koff (2006), Cathy McCullough (2007), Yvonne Whitaker & Michael Ireland (2008) and Marcia Vance (2009, posthumous).
